1. Redemption & Booking

Gift vouchers must be redeemed online via our official website using the unique code provided in your confirmation email or physical gift pack. Vouchers cannot be redeemed directly at the venue without a prior online booking.

An Event E-Ticket will be issued upon successful online registration and must be presented (on a mobile device or printed) at the venue check-in desk on the day of the experience.

2. Validity & Expiry

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase stated on the voucher.

Expired vouchers will not be extended, honoured, or refunded.

In accordance with UK consumer law, online voucher purchases are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which a full refund may be requested (provided the voucher has not been redeemed). Outside of this 14-day window, vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

3. Driver Eligibility & Safety

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the driver meets our minimum safety requirements: Drivers must be aged of 10 or over, and meet the minimum height requirement of 1.4 metres (1.4m) in order to safely operate the vehicle's controls.

A valid form of ID for the driver (or parental/guardian confirmation) may be required at the venue prior to taking part.

4. Attendance & Late Arrivals

Drivers and guardians must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their allocated session start time for sign-in and safety briefings.

Because sessions run on a strict schedule, late arrivals may result in a shortened drive time or total forfeiture of the experience with no refund or rebooking permitted.

5. Cancellations & Weather

If Start Young Driver Experience must cancel an event due to extreme weather, mechanical failure, or unsafe track conditions, you will be offered an alternative date or a voucher extension. We are not liable for any accommodation, travel, or secondary costs incurred.

6. Liability

Start Young Driver Experience shall not be liable for any loss, personal injury, or damage to property arising from the experience, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Safety instructions given by instructors must be followed at all times; failure to do so will result in immediate termination of the session.

7. Governing Law & Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
